ORDER

The petitioner is now working as Senior Tradesman at Sipcot Branch, Madurai. He has passed D.M.E. on 01.10.1997. Even though, his juniors, who passed D.M.E. after 01.10.1997, have been included in the seniority list of Senior Tradesman, dated 01.05.2016, his name is not found. Therefore, he sent a representation dated 02.08.2016 to the respondent. As the same has not been considered, the petitioner has sought for this Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to include the petitioner's name in serial No.4 of the seniority list for senior Tradesman as on 01.05.2016 based on the date of passing of DME, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that it is agreeable for the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.

2016 and to pass orders. 3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
