ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner to continue to run the fish auction sale shop in daily and weekly market of Arulmighu Arunachaleswarar Temple, Manamelkudi, Pudukottai District, by considering the representation dated 21.10.2020 of the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the official respondents submits that the auction period got over on 30.06.2021 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Considering the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
