ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner's grandmother / Rajeswari had pledged the petition mentioned jewels with the second respondent. She passed away. The petitioner wants to redeem the same. Since certain procedural issues arose, the present writ petition came to be filed.
3.The learned standing counsel for the bank informs the Court that the petitioner has to comply two requirements. (a) She must get legal heir certificate in respect of her grandmother. (b) She must obtain consent / NOC from all the other legal heirs.
4.The stand of the respondent is reasonable. The petitioner can be granted relief only if she complies with the aforesaid requirements. Subject to the petitioner fulfilling the above requirements, the writ petition is allowed. No costs.
