PRAYER:- For Bail in WLOP No.10 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent. ORDER: The Court made the following order:- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is having one previous case, which is in similar nature.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner is in custody for more than 40 days.
