This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 06.07.2022 and to quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the impugned order was withdrawn on 23.12.2022 and salary was also paid to the petitioner.
