ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider her representation, dated 19.01.2016 and to remove her name and her sons, namely Ahamed Firoze Khan and Ahamed Feroze Khan's, name from the family ration card No.27/G/0276881.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

4.The petitioner, who is a stranged wife of Rahim @ Ravi, seeks to get her name and sons' name deleted from the family ration card No.27/G/0276881.

5. Though the relief is for deletion of names from the ration card held by her husband, he has not been made as a party to the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to issue notice to the persons concerned and conduct enquiry and thereafter, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, based on the representation, dated

19.01.2016, given by the petitioner to delete her name and her sons' name from the ration card. The above exercise is to be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
