This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 5 to permit the petitioner and his family members to worship in the Temple during festival days and to hand over a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the Temple Committee by considering the representation made by the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and closed on 13.07.2023. The copy of the same was also furnished before this Court.
