This petition has been listed today under the caption ''Extension of Time for Lower Court'' to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (Human Right Court), Madurai.

2. The learned Principal District Judge (Special Court for Human Rights Act Cases), Madurai, has sent a letter in D.No.10550 of 2025 dated 25.11.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2021 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.09.2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Judge (Special Court for Human Rights Act Cases), 2/4

Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is extended for disposing the case in Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
