This petition has been filed challenging the docket order passed in Crl.M.P.No.822 of 2023 in STC No.5 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main case itself ended in acquittal in S.T.C.No.5 of 2017 by judgment dated 19.06.2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur.
