O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to complete the disciplinary proceeding in TDP Case No.9B/2023 dated 09.08.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to complete the disciplinary proceeding in TDP Case No.9B/2023 dated 09.08.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the disciplinary proceeding in TDP Case No.9B/2023 dated 09.08.2024, on its own merits and pass 2/4

appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, as well as all other persons, who may be interested in the subject matter, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the first respondent to consider the same on its own merits.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
