Prayer:- Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 438 r/w 442 of BNSS Act, to call for the records from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi in Crl.M.P.No.1591 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025 and to set aside and the same is illegal.

ORDER

Mr.S.M.Mohan Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he do not want to press this Criminal Revision Case and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the petitioner's grievances. He has also made an endorsement in that regard.

2.Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Accordingly, in view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the petitioner's grievances. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated and the file is consigned to record.
