2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, vide order dated 29th September 2021, in Crl.M.P.No.3102 of 2021.
