ORDER
The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, while his education certificate reflect his date of birth as 27.02.1967. He realized that his correct date of birth is only 27.02.1970 as per the horoscope and therefore, when he verified with the respondents, he came to know that his birth has not been registered and therefore, he had applied for registration of his birth and issued a birth certificate by the 2nd respondent. 2.Even though he has submitted all the documents and earlier enquiry was also proceeding. However, no final orders have been passed. The same is kept pending. The petitioner is before this Court. 3.When the matter came up for arguments, the learned Government Standing Counsel took notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the enquiry will be completed and orders will be passed if adequate time is given.
4.In view thereof, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders relating to the registration of the birth of the petitioner in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of three months from the date of receipt or other web copy of the order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
