JUDGMENT

The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed, to set aside the fair and decretal order passed in D.O.P.No.94 of 2016 dated 15.11.2017 on the file of the 4th Additional District Court, Tirunelveli. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, the learned Counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. This matter was reported before the Mediation and Conciliation Center on 30.10.2023, vide order, passed by this Court, dated 16.10.2023. On 30.10.2023, the matter has been settled amicably before the Mediation.

4. In view of the same, the marriage between the appellant and the respondent took place on 13.05.2015 at Arputha kuzhandhai Church, Chockkanathanputhur in accordance with Christian rites and customs is hereby dissolved.

5. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
