Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SABEER MOHAMED I, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL. SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11521 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020.

It appears that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail on 16.10.2020 and after a period of one year, this application has been filed for extension of time, stating that due to the pandemic situation, the petitioners could not arrange the sureties. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition. Therefore, this petition is dismissed. However, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL MP(MD) No.7684 of 2021 liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a fresh application for anticipatory bail, if so advised.
