ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.1398 of 2019 in C.C.No.82 of 2019 on the file of the learned judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, dated 24.06.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in C.C.No.82 of 2019 on the file of the learned judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, has been ended in acquittal on 26.02.2022 and nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
