ORDER

The petitioner seeks for upgrading the petitioner school into Higher Secondary School. To that effect, a representation was made on 04.10.2016 by the petitioner.

2. It is stated that the said representation is still pending and not considered so far. Therefore, it is for the respondents to consider the said representation and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
