This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnors/Respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 28.3.2025 made in W.P(MD)No. 8560 of 2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who appears for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in the above Writ Petition, dated 28.03.2025, the subject property has been surveyed in the presence of the Petitioner.

4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the respondents, the Contempt Petition is closed.
