ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to measure and fix the boundaries of his property in T.S.No.4/2, Block No.15, Town Survey Ward A, Kannankottai Group, Devakottai Town, Sivagangai District to the extent of 6.523/4 acres.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

4. Originally, the property in T.S.No.4/2, Block No.15, Town Survey Ward A, Kannankottai Group, Devakottai Town, Sivagangai District and some other properties were belonged to Chidhambaram Chettiar and the petitioner was adopted by one of the sons, namely, Lakshmanan Chettiar.

5. Earlier, the petitioner filed a Writ Petition in W.P(MD)No.160 of 2012 to direct the first respondent therein to implement the order of the second respondent therein and to mutate the revenue entries in favour of the petitioner and this Court passed an order, dated 24.01.2012.

6. In view of the order passed in the Writ Petition in W.P(MD)No.160 of 2012, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent along with the copy of the order to implement the same and he has also given another representation, dated 21.12.2015, but the same have not been considered so far, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition.

7. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to measure and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's property in the above said survey number and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing of other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
