ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No. 44/2016 pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to file final report in Crime No.44/2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(1) IPC , on the file of the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 44/2016 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
