O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has purchased a Tractor in the name of one Sivapandi. In case if the Tractor is purchased in his name under TAHDCO scheme, the petitioner will get the subsidy. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his friend, Sivapandi is intending to appropriate for himself. The petitioner has detained the Tractor and demanded his friend to pay the money to give back the vehicle, on which said Sivapandi has filed a complaint before the respondent No.1 police, which was forwarded to the respondent No.2 police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the complaint given by Sivapandi, current paper number was given as C.No. 95/2344/05031/SP-GDP/2023 and the police are conducting investigation and will complete the enquiry within two weeks by following the procedure contemplated under the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2/4

4.With this undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Petition is closed.
