Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10069 of 2023 dated 09.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties, since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.10069 of 2023 dated 09.06.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10069 of 2023, dated 09.06.2023, is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order sd/- 10/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /07/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
