3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that both parties have settled their matrimonial issues for getting consent divorce and there is no possibility of reunion and hence, the cooling period may be waived to enable the petitioners to get subsequent marriage.

4. Considering the request, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of directing the learned Sub-Judge, Devakottai, Sivagangai District to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.24 of 2025, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
