ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A6, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.04.2026 for the offences punishable under Section 103(1) of BNS in 1/4

Crime No. 129 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The defacto complainant is the Village Administrative Officer of Mesalur Village and that on 12.04.2026 at about 12.00 noon when he is in his office the person namly Thirupathi came to the officer and informed that a male dead body was lying at Meesalur near Saibaba temple and the defacto complainant went there and informed that in S.No.55/5odai, a male dead body was lying with injuries. Hence the case came to be registered.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent police has registered a false case against the petitioner and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.04.2026. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that it is a case of revenge murder and investigation is not yet completed. He would further submit that one previous case is pending against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. This Court heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the rival submissions on either side and nature of offences and the fact that investigation is not yet completed and according to the prosecution there is a life threat to the petitioner and it is a case of revenge murder and the fact that the petitioner is also having one previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
