ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 465 and 506(i)IPC, in Crime No.2107 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on the earlier occasion, it was reported that the final report has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.667 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and pursuant to the summon issued by the Court, the petitioner has also appeared before the Court on 18.10.2021.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that though the final report has been filed and taken on file, the were intending to file a petitioner seeking permission for further investigation.

CRL OP(MD)No.14843 of 2021 4.In view of the above submission, the matter was adjourned for filing report by the respondent. However, today no such report is filed by the respondent.

5.It is seen that the final report has been filed and taken on file in C.C.No.667 of 2021, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and the petitioner has also appeared before the Court on 18.10.2021.
