ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail. I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail because this case arisen under NDPS Act. 2.The petitioner's counsel submits that the petitioner is having cardiac ailments. The case was registered in the year 2018. The investigation appears to be almost over. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the Court concerned and apply for regular bail.
