Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. He had also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
