W.P(MD)NO.17679 OF 2019 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Bank.
3.Though the Writ Petition is filed seeking for a mandamus to issue a positive direction to the respondents/Bank to regularize the defaulted loan accounts of the Petitioner by considering his representation, dated 24.7.2019, by raising very many contentions, we are not inclined to entertain the very Writ Petition on the reason that the very representation given by the Petitioner on 24.7.2019 is stated to have been already considered and rejected by the respondents/Bank.
4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (AD-I) // True Copy // Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) To 1.The Authorized Officer, Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank, Trivandrum Regional Office, Trivandrum.
