ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to survey his property situated in Survey Nos.359/5A1 and 359/6A in Ikkaraikosikurichi Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, by

considering his application dated 02.06.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.M.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the fourth respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 5 to 9, notice to them is dispensed with. 3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.According to the petitioner, she purchased the above mentioned property under a registered sale deed dated 24.04.2025. Subsequently, separate patta was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No. 2017. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted an online application on 02.06.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/15/007261 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court.

5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 02.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, respondents 5 to 9 and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
