ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.4 of 2019 in O.S.No.29 of 2010 dated 12.11.2019, on the file of the Sub Court, Theni, dismissing the application to reopen the defendants side evidence.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner as well as the second respondent would submit that the suit in O.S.No.29 of 2010 after full trial was disposed on 22.11.2023 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
