The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of I.D.O.P.No.156 of 2020, pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, to the Family Court, Madurai.

2. The transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience, since the petitioner/wife is the resident of Madurai.

3. Considering the distance between Madurai and Dindigul, I am of the opinion that the conduct of proceedings before the Family Court, Madurai, will be more advantageous and convenient to the wife. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and I.D.O.P.No.156 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Madurai. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
