This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.221 of 2022, dated 09.06.2022 on the file of the first respondent police. 1/4

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to conclude the investigation within a time stipulated by this Court.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court issued a direction to the first respondent to conclude the investigation in Crime No.221 of 2022 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
