The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2025, on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, to the learned Sub Judge, Aruppukottai.

2. This Court issued notice to the respondent and the same was returned as "no such person".

3.The contention of the petitioner is that she has a 13 year old child. Moreover, she is unable to travel from Aruppukottai to Thirumangalam, with the said child. Therefore, the present petition is filed by the petitioner. Accepting the said contention, this Court is inclined to allow the transfer civil miscellaneous petition.

4.Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
