Contemnors Prayer: Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to initiate contempt proceedings under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the contemnors/respondents herein for their willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.8672 of 2019 dated 28.11.2019 and punish them accordingly.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the records relating to the impugned punishment order issued by the 1st respondent herein in G.O.(2D) No. 31 Highways and Minor Ports (HL1) Department dated 12.09.2017 and the consequential order passed in Appeal/Review by the 1st respondent herein in G.O.(D) No. 42 Highways and Minor Ports (HL1) Department dated 15.03.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner with due regards to the petitioner's seniority and confer with all other monetary and service benefits.
