This Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).Nos.7335 to 7337 of 2026 on 10.04.2026 and Crl.OP(MD).Nos.8239 and 8240 of 2026 on 29.04.2026, respectively.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition from 10.04.2026 and 29.04.2026, respectively, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that 2/5

the petitioners shall appear before the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai, on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
