Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukottai District, within a stipulated time limit.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking appropriate action against the encroachers in the Government land situated in S.Nos.31/2, 31/3, 31/4, 296/2, 304/1 situated at Nallur Village, Neyvasal Revenue Village, Thirumayam Taluk,

Though the learned Additional Government Pleader, placing reliance upon the status report, submitted that it is not as if all the lands are Government lands and that there is a proposal to give patta to the landless poor people, we are not inclined to go into the said issue, as the petitioner disputes the classification of the land with respect to S.No.296/2. In such view of the matter, we only direct the third respondent to consider the pending representation of the petitioner dated 17.09.2020 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, either by himself or through his subordinates, including the fourth respondent herein, as the case maybe.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
