This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the 1/4

condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.6330 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.111 of 2026, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
