JUDGMENT

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant stated that in respect of the election for the education society, the first respondent filed the writ petition and now the term is over. Hence, the prayer in the writ appeal has become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
