ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the case registered in First Information Report in Crime No.91 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent and Quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri in C.C.No.282 of 2022.

3. If the petitioners are aggrieved over the contents of the final report, they may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.
