For Respondent : Ms.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Petition for modification under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To Modify the condition as that the petitioner shall appear before the any other police station except Ramanathapuram District instead of appear before respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for the period of 3 weeks and thereafter as and which required. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 9165 of 2019, dated 05.07.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 05.07.2019 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. He further submitted that the petitioner is a native of Kanchipuram District and the case was registered before the Ramanthapuram Police Station. CRL MP(MD). No.7473 of 2019 respondent police. He further submitted that he is ready to appear before any of the police station in Madurai District.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) did not raise any objection in modifying the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 9165 of 2019, dated 05.07.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai District at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation sd/- 26/08/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
