ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the Accused No.8 in crime No.128 of 2026, on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Spl Court for Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act cases, Tenkasi District, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender in crime No.128 of 2026, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

3. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Court on or before 30.06.2026.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
