ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition that his application dated 28.04.2023 to survey the land in Survey No.359/9 situated at Poruvai Village, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukottai District, has not been considered by the respondents. Since the survey number has wrongly been mentioned as Survey No.359/9 instead of Survey Nos.359/9B and 359/10, the petitioner has filed an amendment petition in W.M.P. (MD)No.14103 of 2023 to amend the survey numbers as Survey Nos. 359/9B and 359/10 instead of Survey No.359/9.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not furnished correct survey numbers, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents 1 and 2/4

2, with the correct survey numbers, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any fresh application is filed, the respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the same and take a decision within a period of 12 weeks from thereon. No costs. 02.08.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
