O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Act cases, PCR, Madurai, to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioners, on the same day for their surrender in Crime No.10/2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2.The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.10 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 302, 120B IPC @ 147, 148, 120B, 302 IPC r/w 3/(2) (V) of SC/ST Act, 2015, on the file of the respondent police. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners, who are the wife of maternal uncle of A1 and grand mother of A1 are said to have instigated A1 and A2 to commit murder.

3.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and submits that based on the complaint given by the Village Administrative officer of Peraiyur Taluk, the case in Crime No.10 of 2024 has been registered and totally there are eight accused in this case. The investigation is in the initial stage. Therefore, he strongly opposes to allow this petition. 4.Considering the nature of allegation as against these petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners.
