For Respondent : Mr.KR.Bharathi Kannan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1384 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 5(g), 5(m) and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Section 506(i) of I.P.C. and Section 74 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, in Crime No.1384 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the case was registered as against four accused initially in which, the petitioner is arrayed as fourth accused. On investigation, it is revealed that the petitioner did not involve in any crime as alleged by the prosecution. Therefore, the petitioner's name is deleted from FIR vide the alteration report dated 10.12.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
