ORDER
Seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and initiate appropriate action as against the accused and to take steps to recover the money debited from the petitioner's bank account by considering the petitioner's complaint pending in CSR No.575 of 2026, dated 01.05.2026, this writ petition is filed.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, enquiry is pending.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the 2/4
enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
