This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the 2nd respondent to furnish the death summary of the petitioner's husband by name J.George Pilip, who died on 26.01.2022 in the Government Medical College, Hospital, Sivagangai based on the representations dated 07.12.2022 and 20.12.2022.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the death summary of the petitioner's husband, who died in the Government Medical College Hospital, Sivagangai, has been provided to the petitioner and the monetary benefits under the Life Insurance Policy of petitioner's husband 2/4

has also been received by the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
