ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.04.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after conducting enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, the same was closed on 06.07.2021 itself.

3.It is seen that there is no proof to show that the petitioner followed the procedure as contemplated under Section 154 of Cr.P.C.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
