the fourth respondent to send the proposal to the third respondent for the purpose of revising the petitioner's scale of pay for the periods from 23.08.2002 to 27.04.2011 as per the Registrar Circular dated 02.12.2009 issued in Circular No.42 of 2009 and enables the fourth respondent to pay the arrears of revised scale of pay for the post, the petitioner was holding as Secretary within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The present Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.15582 of 2017, dated 19.02.2019.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and produced the proceedings, dated 18.05.2019 and further submitted that the said proceedings was communicated to the petitioner. Today, they have also handed over the copy of the said proceedings to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent and the proceedings dated 18.05.2019, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, it is open to the petitioner, to challenge the said proceedings, if is aggrieved.
