Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.The following three persons were appointed as members of Board of Trustees to Arulmigu Muthuvinayagar Temple. ''1.P.R.Arumugam, S/o.Periyampillai 2.N.Subramanian, S/o.Nagappan 3.S.Rajeswari, D/o.Shanmugam.''

Writ Petition (MD)No.18416 of 2021 3.As per the order dated 03.02.2021 of the second respondent, the President of the Trustees' Committee has to be appointed. Despite lapse of several months, the President has not been appointed.

4.This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the third respondent to conduct election for appointing the President of the Trustees' Committee of the said Temple. 5.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the election will be conducted within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. No costs.
