Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the petitioner, a patta was granted to her pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.23555 of 1993. Thereafter, the Revenue Divisional Officer cancelled the patta. Challenging the said order, the petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent on 26.08.2016 and the same is still pending with the second respondent and he has not taken any steps to dispose of the appeal. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
